- Music: Music calms our nerves. Listen to any instrumental music and better, if you learn to play one. Learning an instrument of music will keep your spirits high and reduce your stress levels too.
- Sleep: One should be able to afford a good 8-9 hours of sleep. Your sleeping pattern must be in sync with the circadian rhythm. If not, then the whole balance of your body will go haywire, leading to many diseases.
